Our sales actions are driven by our desire to solve security problems as precisely as possible by minimising the impact of these actions on the operation of an airport, a prison, a ministerial or industrial building.

Engineering

Understanding the environment where security solutions are deployed guarantees a durable installation and shared satisfaction.

We set up a work group for every project assigned to us. This group of technical and commercial experts analyses, develops and proposes solutions best meeting the specific expectations of each individual case.

VISIOM provides a technical and financial analysis report used as a basis to write the specifications.

Installation

Each installation site has its own specificities in terms of access, allocated spaces, architecture, etc.

Over the years, our teams have acquired extensive experience and adaptability to ensure that our systems are installed under the best possible conditions. Whenever necessary, we have set up a site inspection process allowing the technician to record on a check-list all the specific features relating to the installation of conventional X-ray equipment or any other equipment we distribute.

This organisation enables us to respect our leadtime commitments, ensuring fast implementation of the chosen solution.

Customer service

Customer service is a priority operational axis. Three quarters of the company’s employees are technicians. We know that what our customers want above all, apart from the product and the initial expertise, is a partner who knows how to take into account the machine operating and availability requirements. The security of an airport, prison or nuclear site is a serious matter. It involves human and equipment organisation that can be set into action at all times. Our objectives are qualitative, not based on structural economy.

Our realistic technical approach relies on a technical partnership which is built into the maintenance organisation of the companies operating our equipment. Jointly with them, we draw up specifications, measure the means and the constraints, then prepare a maintenance plan which commits our responsibility. For all our products, we provide:

Hotline duty service
Round the clock duty service 7 days a week
Operator / maintenance training course
in the factory or on site.

Training

The systems deployed are generally installed in a complex security environment. The training courses we deliver must therefore not only focus on how to use the equipment but must also be integrated in the global context.

Our approved training programs on the operation and maintenance of our equipment are created and customised according to the operational context.

We work with the company CAPSTRAINING, a member of the VISIOM group, expert in the security professions, to provide all our training courses on X-ray equipment, security scanners, trace detection equipment, etc.

The company also handles all documentary control issues, human factors in the field of security.

Events – Rental

Security has become a vital aspect for event organisers.

We have therefore dedicated some of our equipment to meet the temporary requirement for a screening checkpoint over a very short period of time.

We work jointly with the organisation to determine the means required to cover the event, deploy the equipment and human resources and guarantee that the system operates correctly throughout the event.
