Our mission is to propose our customers the best technological solutions, meeting their requirements in terms of security equipment and systems and help them with the installation and in-service support of these means over the long term.

Quality policy

The health crisis that hit the world in 2020 has also affected the aeronautical sector which has been considerably weakened. In view of the economic situation regarding airport activities which represent the major share of our activity, we have to adapt and help our customers to overcome their difficulties.

Our quality policy adapted to the current context is structured according to the following axes:

  • Ensure durable partnerships with our customers by proposing a service adapted to the current reduced requirements while meeting quality requirements regarding the in-service support of the products and systems we sell, in compliance with European and French regulations..
  • Maintain our market shares by providing, in addition to the products from our suppliers, a quality service, in line with our contractual commitments now reviewed and adapted to the health crisis.

  • Permanently improve the skills of our employees in the company while sustaining jobs in order to keep the skills which are VISIOM’s strength and which will be essential to support our activity as soon as it picks up.
  • Comply with good management rules by adapting them to the current situation with a modern approach and thereby help maintain relations with customers and suppliers, while ensuring VISIOM’s profitability and durability.

ISO 9001:2015 certification

Historically committed to an ISO 9001 certification strategy since 2004, VISIOM is certified ISO 9001 version 2015 for all its activities, on all its sites.
