AVIAN Heartbeat Detector

The AVIAN Heartbeat Detector is a product developed and manufactured by GEOVOX Security Inc. The AVIAN Heartbeat Detector is a portable device capable of detecting a human presence hidden inside all types of vehicles (saloons, lorries, vans, etc.) in a matter of seconds without the need to disturb the load.

The AVIAN Heartbeat Detector system consists of a laptop, two to four sensors and connecting cables. The sensors, which are either magnetic or surface-mounted, can be placed on any type of vehicle or container.

How it works

Easy to use and sheltered from the wind, the analysis takes just a few seconds.

These sensors, which are identical to those used to measure earthquakes, detect the minute movements or vibrations transmitted to the vehicle’s structure by the heartbeat of the person inside the vehicle. By analysing these vibration frequencies using a complex algorithm, the AVIAN Heartbeat Detector indicates whether or not a person is present.
