Your first steps?

My name is Titouan, I am 18 years old.
Before starting to work for Visiom, I passed my Economic and social baccalaureate. Convinced of the benefits of a sandwich course and perfectly matching my curious and ambitious spirit, I wanted to combine the theory with the practice of the professional world. I had the opportunity of joining Visiom which gave me a warm welcome, as Human Resources apprentice in the framework of my SME Management BTS, an advanced vocational training certificate.
I felt accepted right from the start. I was given responsibility straight away, which made me want to perform my job as well as possible.
I get on very well with my tutor who involved me straight away in the HR projects, despite my limited experience. The work atmosphere is very pleasant since my apprenticeship supervisor always encourages me, in line with my personality.
I learn an awful lot every day due to the diversity of the profiles and the extensive experience of all Visiom employees.
The human size of the SME allowed me to discover all the departments and understand the operation and objectives of a company. I could not have wished for a better place for a first professional experience.

Your professional development and expectations?

I am only just starting my career and am still considering all possibilities.
However, I would like to continue with the sandwich course to obtain a degree, then a master’s degree specialised in Human Resources, a profession which I find challenging in the relational approach with employees, combining social skills and know-how.
To develop my skills, in the near future I am hoping to continue my years of apprenticeship with Visiom, a model of benevolence and serenity.
